  • Chamomile is a medicinal herb with a long history of use due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It may aid in relaxation, anxiety reduction and insomnia relief. It is also a digestive relaxant.

    Lemon balm has traditionally been used to help calm agitation and reduce stress. It may promote sleep and improve appetite, as well as discomfort from indigestion.

    Passionflower has traditionally been used to help ease anxiety and encourage sleep for those with insomnia.

    Lavender has long been used in traditional herbal medicine for its relaxing and anti-anxiety effects. It may also help soothe headaches, and has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties.
