    Lavender

    Cornflower

    Bergamot Oil
    is high in anti-inflammatory compounds, and has traditionally been used to help lower cholesterol and aid in relaxation.

HOW TO BREW

Amount

  • 1 tablespoon per cup/small mug of tea; adjust to taste.

Time and Temperature

  • 3 - 5 minutes at 90ºC depending on preferred strength and taste.

Additions

  • Honey, vanilla syrup or maple
  • Milk/mylk (latte style for extra oomph)
  • Can be prepared as an iced tea or tea cocktail
