Intensely aromatic and spicy. Similar to a masala chai, but with no astringency from black tea. Deliciously balanced and slightly sweet and fruity with the addition of milk / mylk. This vivid blue chai spice mix has all the flavour and the drama.

Blue Butterfly Pea Flower is high in antioxidants and anthocyanins, giving the flower its vivid blue colour. It is anti-inflammatory and may aid in weight loss, stabilising blood sugar levels, and boosting the immune system.

Ginger is high in antioxidants and natural beneficial compounds which may help with nausea, pain and inflammation. It may also help improve digestion and support the immune system.

Black Pepper has strong antioxidant properties. The spice has traditionally been used to help ease chronic inflammatory conditions and has been known to improve brain function. It may also help to improve blood sugar control and lower cholesterol levels.

HOW TO BREW

Amount

This is currently my go to drink at work (after I've downed my coffee allowance for the day). I just make a big ol teapot of it and sip it throughout the day, and there's no worry about drinking it too late since it's caffeine free!

Lowkey I've been passing out at night since I started drinking this while I read before bed. I can't say if it's the tea itself, but a good book, this tea, and some fantasy piano background music? *chefs kiss*

I've tried lavender in herbal tea before and want super impressed. But!! Mixed with black tea, it produces a delightful Earl Grey variation. So yum and smells divine everytime I open the jar.

Cosy in a cup while I work from home, nice and calming while I deal with zoom meetings and loading screens.
